Annual Summer Picnic
This Year's Picnic:
This year we had a goal of collecting 500 individual Mac And Cheese meals and/or boxes... we received over 1,000 again!!! We also received a generous $200 in donations!
Also, during the event, Joy 99 surprised us with a donation for another 500 boxes!!! Between the original donations, this added up to nearly 3,000 MEALS!!
Last Year's Picnic:
Last year we had a goal of collecting 300 individual Mac And Cheese meals and/or boxes... we actually received over 1,000!!! In addition to $300 in donations!
Also, shortly after the event, Joy99 surprised us with a donation for another 1,000 boxes!!! Between the original donations (including money), this added up to nearly 5,000 MEALS (Kind of like the 'feeding of the 5,000 in the Bible!!) - all from a simple idea to feed the hungry a meal that we love!
